Kristin is now a professional!

I know, I know, there are those out there that doubt her professionalism and I don’t blame you. However, she got the results back from her CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) National Knowledge Exam and she passed with an 83%. She was certain that she did not pass the exam, but little did she know that she was well above average. You can read more details about it here. However, she is not quite a professional yet (and really will she ever be professional?), she is a CHRP - Candidate until she writes the practical exam a few years from know.
As a celebration I took her out to Del Dente for dinner last night. Congrats, it was well deserved!
Oh man, she’s gonna be HR? We’re in trouble, I’m sure I’ll be a case study.
